ECG recorder model 06000.4W is a portable electronic device with autonomous power supply and wireless charging. It is designed for recording ECS in one bipolar or 6 monopolar leads. The recorder can be used as a personal electrocardiograph, event monitor or Holter recorder as part of the Telecardian MS,  DiaСard HS or other compatible monitoring systems.The received data is transmitted to an external control device (ECD): tablet or smartphone, with pre-installed software "DiaCard — ECG Recorder", Android OS 7.0+ — distributed for FREE from the Google Play Market. Recorder is compatible with IOS devices 8+ (software under development).

Telecardian 06000.4W ECG recorder supports 3 operating modes: electrocardiograph — recording of ECS and streaming data to an external control device (ECD - smartphone, tablet) in real time, without storing in the recorder's memory; event monitor — recording of fragments of ECS in manual or automatic modes, saving in the memory of the recorder with subsequent transfer to the ECD; Holter — continuous registration of ECS, saving it in the memory of the recorder with further reading on a PC or ECD.

Features of this recorder are built-in finger electrodes, a connector for lead cables, ultra-low power consumption, built-in memory for storing ECG fragments, and Holter monitoring mode, which makes it universal for personal monitoring of heart work by a patient at home as well as professional use in medical practice.

Capabilities:

• recording of the ECS in the "Electrocardiograph" mode: 1 or 6 leads, from 10 s to 15 days;
• recording of ECS from integrated finger electrodes or from lead cables to 3 or 4 electrode-wires;
• viewing the ECG on the display of a tablet or smartphone: selecting channels, changing the speed, amplification, scale, settings of digital filters;
• real-time heart rate measurement, electrode breakage monitoring - sound indication;
• setting alarms: bradycardia, tachycardia, pause, arrhythmia, no signal - sound indication;
• ECG recording lasting from 10 seconds to 168 hours;
• operation in the event monitor mode with recording of ECS sections from 30 to 120 s in the internal memory of the recorder: according to the schedule, on demand, by alarm, the history (background) of the event - 30/60 s;
• registration of ECS in the "Holter" mode: continuous recording of ECS in the memory of the recorder, direct reading in the DiaСard HS — full compatibility;
• saving ECG records in the ECD Archive, printing, support for working with portable printers, sending records to e-mail, transferring data to the Telecardian MS Personal Account, to Google Drive or other cloud storage, to "Fazagraf" software;
• integration with other software services (SDK&API);
• export of records to EDF+ and HL7 aEcg formats;
• import of records in SCP-ECG (EN 1064) format.
