The slopes on the blade are saber. All knives are all-metal, oak handles with two rivets. Since the handle is made of wood, it is prohibited to wash it in the dishwasher! This set differs from the “Universal #1” and “Cook #1” sets in the thickness of the butt; here it is larger. Due to this, the knives are a little heavier, and the blade is more elastic and does not bend as much.
