Fine loading auger is a universal installation from Artmash LLC, which is used to supply any raw material to granulators.

The auger is suitable for use with feed and fuel pellet mills in large and medium pelletizing lines. The equipment features a low noise level and low power consumption.

Fine Loading Auger Features

∪	Welded reinforced bunker for 1 cu. m can be loaded to the top. If necessary, we will supply a lid.

⊂	A horizontal 1-belt agitator inside the hopper serves as agitator of the raw material, preventing air pockets. It ensures that feed/sawdust is moved along the hopper to the discharge opening.

∩	The vertical feed auger is located at an angle of 45° and is equipped with a variable speed control system. The unloading intensity is precisely matched to the characteristics of the granulator. The 0.55 kW motor-reducer providing movement is equipped with a cooling fan.

⊃	Neodymium magnets grab small metal crumbs and objects from spilled raw materials. The fewer of them, the better the equipment works, including the risk of damage to the roller shaft, shells and granulator matrix.

Upon receipt of the auger, pay attention to the instruction sticker. Before starting work with the equipment, it is necessary to replace the upper bolt on the gearbox with a grease fitting (it is included in the price of the equipment, supplied by the manufacturer).
