SPECIAL OFFER Exhaust device VU-160/2 (optional - not included in the price) Operating principle During welding and cutting on the welder’s table, contaminated air can be removed either through the tabletop grate or an exhaust device (optional), or and both ways. The incoming flow of contaminated air passes through a prefilter (washing), which simultaneously precipitates large particles of pollution and protects the filter cassette from sparks hitting its surface. Then the air flow evenly passes through a fine filter (replaceable), which captures particles of pollution up to 0.05 microns in size. As a result, the purified air, passing through the outlet chamber and the fan, is thrown out through the louvered grille on the side wall of the table. The filter cartridge is cleaned by supplying a short pulse of compressed air through the valve into its internal cavity, where the flow of compressed air is evenly distributed using a special stabilizer. As a result of such an impulse, the filter cassette is shaken, during which particles deposited on its surface fall into the dust collector. The filter cassette can be cleaned automatically when the fan is running or not working, as well as manually when the welding table is turned off. The filter operation and self-cleaning process are controlled via an external touch control panel.
