The complex for the manufacture of bulk feed from "Artmash" is a mini-line of a universal feed chopper and a metering feed screw with a built-in mixing function. The kit is suitable for small and medium-sized farms, as it provides a capacity of up to 500 kg of bulk feed per hour.

Differences in the complex for manufacturing feed

• a universal chopper with two separate bins processes any feed, including corn stalks and ears. Grain supply is adjusted by a gate;
• the grinding fraction is regulated by removable grids. At the same complex you can make food for chickens and cattle;
• automatic unloading of crushed fraction into the hopper of the screw mixer. The crushed raw material moves without delay, immediately after crushing, you can start mixing;
• sealing of the cyclone and the bunker of the auger-mixer. Thanks to this, crushed grain and hay are not scattered throughout the room. The workplace remains clean, there is no loss of raw materials, no garbage enters the feed;
• mixing is guaranteed up to 96% uniformity due to the special shape of the mixing element and the presence of a reverse. Kneading cycle - only 6 minutes;
• fine adjustment of the degree of feed. This means that if desired, you can adjust the flow as a thin stream (used in the manufacture of small granules), and a dense stream (for quick unloading or granulation on a matrix with large holes).
