All-weather climate control cabinet 12U

The 12U all-weather climatic cabinet is necessary for remote control of network equipment, as well as creating favorable climatic operating conditions. Many devices are sensitive to temperature changes and microclimate changes, so placing them outdoors can lead to their breakdown. UHL-MASH offers to buy an all-weather cabinet made to 19-inch standards. Description and characteristics The welded cabinet weighing 57 kg is closed from external influences and insulated with a layer of alufom (thickness 10 mm). It has an IP54 protection class, which prevents unauthorized entry. Inside the cabinet there is a perforated sliding frame for network equipment. The body has ventilation elements protected from rain. The cabinet is resistant to corrosion: it is coated with a zinc-containing primer and painted with polymer powder paint. The front door is equipped with a dust filter. It is locked with a crossbar-type lever lock at three points, the key hole is hidden by a plate. The optimal operating temperature for the server cabinet is -25 to +40 °C. Recommended humidity level is 80% with a temperature range of +25 °C. The internal part of the structure consists of an additional cabinet door; it is closed with a latch. Contains a temperature controller that programs the air supply using three buttons (an LCD screen is used for convenience). If the temperature drops below the set value, the heating is automatically turned on, and vice versa - the cabinet will cool the devices from overheating. Two fans with a capacity of 320 m3/hour and a diameter of 120 mm are mounted in the door. The cabinet is equipped with a seal and a heating element that maintains heat up to +8 °C at an external temperature of up to -25 °C (data is recorded by a temperature sensor).
