The feed mill is an automated complex for processing grain and grass raw materials into high-grade loose feed. Productivity is up to 4 t / h, which is enough to provide a large poultry farm or other livestock complex.

Components of the feed mill

In the maximum configuration, the plant consists of the following set of equipment:

1. Industrial grain crusher. The equipment grinds wheat, corn, oats and other types of grain, meal, flakes, etc. The crushing fraction depends on the mesh installed in the crusher (4, 6, 8 mm). We produce models for 18.5 kW, 22 kW and 30 kW, depending on the desired performance.
2. Industrial hay cutting. The crusher processes alfalfa, reeds, hay, straw, and other dry grassy products. It is represented by 11 kW and 18.5 kW models. The fraction is determined by the grid.
3. Feed mixer. The equipment is connected to the crusher through a cyclone, which prevents the spread of dust throughout the workshop and the loss of crushed products. We provide mixers with a hopper volume of 0.6 cubic meters. m, 1.5 cubic meters m and 3 cubic meters.
4. Norias. The vertical bucket conveyor overloads feed from the mixer into the hopper of the dispenser. Thanks to the closed housing, at this stage, the loss of raw materials is also minimized.
5. Dosing unit. The equipment unloads the given portions of compound feed into bags or packages.

Installations are complemented by automation, which controls the amount and proportion of incoming ingredients. It remembers multicomponent recipes, which makes it possible to produce animal feed at different stages of life (chickens, young animals, laying hens, roosters) on one line.
