The dosing device belongs to the industrial semi-automatic models. This means that the processes of falling asleep, weighing and stopping the rash are controlled by automatic equipment and do not require human supervision. But for the replacement of containers, the participation of the operator is required.

This dispenser is characterized by:

• compatibility with all types of bulk materials. If during the transition from one raw material to another, the bulk density or flowability has changed significantly, it is enough to simply adjust the gate;
• the minimum power consumption is 100 V. The only energy-consuming process (vibration of the pouring tray) is carried out by magnets, and a lot of energy is not required for the operation of the automation. Therefore, the dispenser can be installed even in a line where energy consumption has to be strictly limited;
• energy independence. When the device is disconnected from the network, it remembers the settings, so the dispenser will be ready for operation as soon as the power supply is restored;
• high weighing accuracy. The error does not exceed 1 g, which is significantly less than the weight of one granule. According to the standards, even when packing finely dispersed materials, a deviation of +/- 3 g is allowed. You can be sure that the automation will not allow product overruns or insufficient container filling;
• wide range of packaging. Often, pipettes are capable of counting only one weight +/- 30%. For example, it is often impossible to pack 10 kg and 15 kg bags on the same equipment. But our weigher is adjustable from 1 to 50 kg. Therefore, you can produce your product in containers of any size.

The dosing machine has no consumables. But if any part of the device is worn out or broken, we are always ready to make a replacement.
