How does the weighing batcher 1.5 m3 work

The device consists of:

• control panel on a rotary support. From it, the required weight is set for filling the container (1-50 kg). The remote control remembers the settings and returns to them even after an unexpected disconnection from the network;
• a bunker with a volume of 1.5 m3, into which raw materials are poured for dosing. In pelletizing lines, the hopper is filled using a bucket elevator or an inclined conveyor. It is also possible to fall asleep from the storage bin or manually (with bags, vacuum cleaner);
• a gate on the hopper, the opening of which is regulated by a bolt. The more the shutter is open, the faster the granules spill out. Smooth adjustment is possible without stopping work;
• vibrating tray, which directs the granules from the hopper to the container (bag, bag, box). As soon as the set weight is reached, the tray stops vibrating and the container is no longer filled;a receiving tray for granules, preventing them from spilling;

The work consists in the fact that granules, under the influence of their weight, wake up on a vibrating tray, from which they are sent to the container. The tare weight is pre-zeroed. As soon as the bag of granules reaches the set weight, the dispenser stops. At this time, the operator must remove the complete packaging from the support and secure a new one. The bags with granules are then sent for sewing, and the bags for sealing.
