The machine is designed for simultaneous processing of workpieces in the face and in the end. The machine is equipped with two 2.2 kW air-cooled spindles located vertically and horizontally.

Fixation of the canvas on the work surface is carried out using a vacuum table with a vacuum by a 5.5 kW, 380 V pump.
The web is loaded using a loading drum. The movement of the canvas on the working surface 2500x1300 is carried out with the help of lifting rollers with a pneumatic drive.
After finishing the processing, by turning off the vacuum table - the door canvas is returned on the rollers to the drum, with the help of which it turns 180ᵒ and, again, the working table is fed processing of the reverse side of the canvas.
Original guides and ball-screw pairs HIWIN (Taiwan) are used.
In addition to the intended use, the machine allows any 2D and 3D processing of various materials, such as wood, plastic, composite, soft metals (aluminum, brass, copper, etc.)
