Feed mill from "Artmash" is an automated complex for processing grain and hay into full feed pellets of the desired composition. Suitable for the production of pellets for sale and to meet the needs of their own livestock.

1 year hardware warranty. Artmash products have received CE certification, therefore, they are officially delivered to 20 countries of the world.

What is the feed mill granulate

The basic set of equipment includes:

	Industrial shredder for grain
	PPZ-22 or PPZ-30 with a capacity of 1-4 t/h. The model is supplemented with a vacuum cleaner for removing grain from the pile. It is possible to equip a feed from a large storage hopper.

	Industrial straw chopper
	PPSR-11 or PPSR-18.5, capable of processing from 0.4 to 1 t/h. The model is designed for rectangular bales. Complemented by a table for convenient serving.

	Mixer of compound feed of horizontal type
	ZK-2; ZK-3. Loading of the mixer is carried out through the cyclone, which is connected to the crusher with a hose. The hopper of the mixer closes tightly, an aspiration system is installed to prevent dusting of the workshop.

	Auger dosing
	For complete discharge of the mixture, we select ShTP-0.6 with a hopper of 0.6 cubic meters; ShTP-1; ShTP-1.5 or ShTP-3. Smooth adjustment of feed is possible. The raw material does not remain in the bunker.

	Industrial feed granulator
	ГКП-22 з мотором на 22 кВт або ГКП-37 (на 37 кВт). Продуктивність на цьому етапі складе 0,3 - 1,2 т/год. Розміри гранул від 2 до 8 мм.

	Cooling complex
	It consists of: a closed vertical bucket loader, a cooling column, an inclined bucket conveyor and a vibrating table. Cools 1 t/h.

	Vertical bucket conveyor
	for overloading ready sifted granules into the dispenser. The height is selected for the dispenser, hopper or big-bag.

	Dosing device
	Unloads a given mass of ready feed pellets into a container. Provides high accuracy. We offer 2 models with different hopper volumes: DV-0.6 and DV-1.5.
