Universal chopper UPR-7.5 with two separate hoppers, which processes any feed, including corn stalks and cobs.

The grain feed is adjusted by a slide gate.

The grinding fraction is regulated by interchangeable meshes. The same complex can produce feed for chickens and cattle.

Automatic discharge of the crushed fraction into the hopper of the auger-mixer is provided. The crushed raw material is transported without delay, and mixing can be started immediately after crushing.

We offer 4, 6, 8 mm perforations, or we can produce a mesh with an individual mesh size.

Monitors the required weight and signals when the hopper is filled with the right amount of crushed grain.

The recipe memory function is not included in the standard equipment but can be installed on request.

Precision feed auger — 1 m3 feed mixer (model ShTP-ZK-1).

Thanks to the sealing of the cyclone and hopper, crushed grain and hay are not scattered throughout the room. The workplace remains clean, there is no loss of raw materials, and no debris gets into the feed.

Mixing to 96% homogeneity is guaranteed, thanks to the special shape of the mixing element and the presence of a reverse. The kneading cycle takes only 6 minutes.

There is a fine adjustment of the feed rate. This means that, if necessary, you can adjust the feed in a thin stream (used for the manufacture of small pellets) or in a dense stream (for quick unloading or granulation on large-hole dies).
