Containers for storing and transporting fluorescent lamps are a low-maintenance all-welded metal structure that allows you to place used bulbs. It is intended to comply with safety regulations in enterprises using mercury-containing fluorescent lamps for lighting. Order of the State Standard of Ukraine No. 89 dated February 29, 1996 approved the Waste Classifier, which classifies spent fluorescent lamps as waste of the first hazard class. Compliance with clearly regulated rules for their conservation and disposal allows you to avoid disciplinary liability, while simultaneously improving working conditions in production. The container for fluorescent lamps is made of rolled sheet steel. Powder polymer paint gives it a universal light gray color. The coating does not contain toxins, which has been confirmed by necessary studies, and therefore is harmless. The contents are located inside the container in a horizontal position. To prevent it from breaking during transportation, the walls are carefully lined with foam rubber. For ease of movement there is a handle at the end. The door is equipped with a flag-type lock to prevent unauthorized access. This model of containers for storing and transporting fluorescent lamps can accommodate 135 elements, up to 1620 mm in size, with a diameter of 30 mm. The structure does not require special maintenance conditions; contaminants are easily removed from its surface, and thanks to the high-quality materials used in production, it can be actively used for decades. It is important to note that defective and damaged elements can also be placed inside the lamp container, but only if they are pre-packed in a sealed container.
