The cooling complex for pellets and granules is a more efficient analogue of a cooler with a stainless steel body. The productivity of the model is 3000 kg / h, therefore it is recommended for large pelletizing lines and feed mills.

The equipment is manufactured at the own premises of the Artmash plant and is provided to customers at the manufacturer's price. We organize delivery throughout the country, work with foreign dealers.

What is included in the refrigeration complex?

For cooling pellets and feed pellets, we recommend using the following set of equipment:

1. ucket elevator for transferring pellets from the granulator to the hopper. At the request of the client, the vertical closed bucket conveyor can be replaced with an open inclined one. The bucket material (metal or plastic) is chosen by the customer.
2. Cooling column made of stainless steel, complemented by an aspiration system. The column is equipped with sensors for automatic unloading of chilled pellets and a lever for emergency unloading in case of power failure. It is also possible to manually control the state of the granules through the viewing window next to the operator's console.
3. Small inclined conveyor for transferring granules from the cooler hopper to the vibrating table. To save space, in order to avoid scattering of granules, or at the request of the customer, the inclined conveyor can be replaced with a bucket elevator.
4. Reinforced vibrating table sifter with replaceable mesh. The mesh size of the sieving mesh is selected according to the diameter of the produced granules. Depending on the needs of the client, unloading from the vibrating table is carried out in the form of a tray (for entering the elevator) or a distributor for 2 bags. The legs are equipped with vibration dampers, so the table does not move even when not attached to the floor.

Modifications to the equipment are possible to best suit the needs of the client.

Advantages of the Artmash refrigeration complex

Our equipment is characterized by:

• High efficiency. The complex cools up to 3,000 kg of granules every hour. Thanks to the airlock, it is possible to cool equally effectively both crumbs with a diameter of 2 mm and pellets of 8 mm.
• Durability. During cooling, the pellets release a lot of moisture, which can lead to metal corrosion and rapid equipment wear. To prevent this process, we make a stainless steel hopper, which is guaranteed to last for many years.
• Convenience and safety at work. The equipment received the CE certificate. The complex emits a small noise, which does not interfere with the exchange of commands between line operators. The control panel is intuitive and large in size. Thanks to the cyclone, dust does not spread throughout the workshop.
• Compactness. There will be enough 3 square meters of floor to accommodate the cooling complex. Since there are no rigid connections between the nodes, it is possible to choose a convenient configuration in each room.
• Automation. The column is equipped with proprietary pellet level sensors that trigger automatic unloading of the hopper. In case of failure of the main sensor, we install a control one. Thanks to the automation of the complex, the operator does not need to be constantly nearby. It can monitor other equipment in the line in parallel.

The warranty for the cooling system for pellets and granules is 12 months from the date of receipt of the purchase. All customers are also provided with post-warranty service.
