On the front side of the cross there is a Crucifixion, on the horizontal crossbar there is a troparion to the Honorable Cross. Behind the Crucifixion is an image of Jerusalem. At the top of the cross is an icon of the Holy Trinity. On the back is a depiction of a worship cross, which stands at the end of the groove of the Most Holy Theotokos, in the Holy Trinity Monastery.

In the middle cross is the Most Holy Theotokos, standing in prayer, spreading a cloud of grace over the monastery, which she has chosen as her earthly destiny. On the right and left sides stand the saints: St. Seraphim of Sarov, venerable women Elena, Martha, Alexandra.
