The pellet pelletizing line is a high-quality integrated equipment that is manufactured at the LLC Artmash enterprise.

It is used for processing sawdust of different species in the production of pellets - cheap fuel. The line capacity is 100-400 kg/h, depending on the power of the granulator engine. Raw materials with a moisture content of up to 15% are allowed for processing.

What does the pellet granulation line include?

The line contains 3 pieces of equipment:

1. Granulator. It processes raw materials into granules with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm (equipment with an engine power of 11, 15 or 22 kW can be used).
2. Metered feed auger. This installation automatically measures the required amount of supplied products to the granulator, which in turn increases productivity, reduces the risk of matrix wear and engine overheating.
3. Cooler. At the outlet of the granulator, the temperature of the granules is 70-90° C, therefore, in order to instantly cool it and impart hardness, a cooling complex is used. It is equipped with a conveyor for collecting granules, a cooling column with 2 fans (pumping, suction) and a vibrating table. The output is a dense granule, cleaned of dust and fines.
