The precision auger is one of the components of the bulk product processing line. It is intended for the dosed supply of raw materials to a granulator, press, etc. It is intended to facilitate the work of personnel, increase efficiency and protect processing equipment.

Distinctive features of the 1.3 m3 accurate loading auger

This model differs from others primarily in the size and shape of the hopper. Artmash designers decided to make the container in the form of a wide funnel, so even when there is not much raw material left in it, the residues fall onto the screw of the feed auger without any help.

So that the mixture does not accumulate in the center of the hopper, a cone is located there, directing the bulk material to the agitator. The agitator itself is equipped with a 1.1 kW motor. Such power is sufficient for the effective performance of its functions, and the energy costs are minimized.

Thanks to this design, the user receives a device that works almost without human intervention and does not require much energy.
