Accurate loading auger is a universal installation, which is used to supply any raw material to the granulators in a metered amount. Its productivity, depending on the raw material, is up to 3000 kg/h (with an engine power of 1.1 kW). The auger is suitable for use in conjunction with feed pellet mills and pellets.

The equipment consists of a hopper (volume 0.6 m3) in which there is a horizontal auger (it is driven by a 0.55 kW motor gearbox). It serves as a kind of agitator of raw materials, to prevent the appearance of air jams.

In addition, a vertical auger with a 0.55 kW gear motor is installed, which is located at an angle of 45 ° and is used to supply raw materials to the granulator. With the help of a frequency converter, the feed rate is regulated, which passes clearly, without stopping work or slipping.
