The metal self-tipping container (self-unloading) is designed for collecting, moving, and reloading medium-sized, small-sized, bulk materials and liquids. Allows you to simplify and facilitate the work of personnel in moving large volumes of goods, production materials and waste: all containers can be lifted and moved with a forklift, containers on wheels can be moved manually in places where a forklift cannot pass. It is used in warehouses and production workshops, where there is a need for mechanized movement of materials in large volumes. Equipped with a tilting mechanism - a lever that holds the container in a vertical position, and when released, allows the container to be tilted horizontally, emptying the contents of the container. It involves two ways to activate the mechanism: directly by removing the locking ring and pressing the lever, and remotely, from the driver’s cab of the loader, using a cable. After unloading the contents, the container returns to its previous position by tilting the forklift. All manipulations with the container can be performed by one person – the forklift driver. Therefore, the use of a self-tipping container at an enterprise can significantly reduce labor costs for moving goods.
