There is no need to purchase a new rack. The additional shelf and racks can withstand the same load as the standard model - 80 kg. Let's take a closer look at the features of the configuration. Which racks are suitable for the shelf set? The ST MKD-10 shelf set is used with metal racks of the MD series from UHL-MASH. The shelves of such storages are made of chipboard 10 mm thick. The material effectively withstands the stated loads. It does not require careful care and specific conditions of use. The width of the shelf racks included in the kit is 300 or 400 mm, while their length is the same - 970 mm. The set is available in two versions: standard and reinforced design. The complete set includes: board (chipboard material); cross slats – 2 pcs.; longitudinal slats – 2 pcs.; rib for reinforced shelf – 1 pc. The metal parts of the set are painted with light gray powder paint (Ral 7035). Elements of the chipboard shelf do not require additional processing. There are support edges with corners running along the racks, and hooks are cut along the edges for fastening to the rack racks. This design helps eliminate the need for hardware. In the middle of the racks there is a perforated hole for additional bolts to strengthen the structure. The stiffener has special grooves for fastening.
