Silver cross "Crucifixion. Kazan Icon of the Mother of God. Nicholas the Wonderworker" 132645 Onyx

The front side of the cross is decorated with the image of the Crucifixion. The main four-pointed cross is intersected by two additional short crossbars. At the top there is a sign with the inscription of accusations against Jesus Christ: “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews” (INCI). Below is a tilted foot. It symbolizes the scales, on the scales of which at the Last Judgment the good and evil deeds of people will rest. To the left and right of the cross are written the names of the Savior - IC XC, “Son of God” and “King of Glory”, as well as the word “NIKA”, which means “victory”. Under the cross is the Prepared Throne (in Greek - Ethymasia). According to legend, Christ will sit on it at the Second Coming for the Last Judgment.
On the reverse side in the center is the Kazan Icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Kazan Icon is a great miraculous shrine. Under the Kazan Icon is depicted the most revered saint in Rus' - Nicholas the Wonderworker.
