The two outer wings of the reliquary depict the Guardian Angel and Golgotha ​​- a symbolic image of the Crucifixion of Christ, consisting of a Cross on a raised platform and canonical signatures. At the top is written “King of Glory” and the titles of the name of Christ “IS HS”, to the right and left are the words “Son of God” and “Nika”, which means “won”, at the bottom is the abbreviation “MLRB”, meaning “Place of the Execution of Paradise Byst”. Around Golgotha ​​there is a prayer written: “Lord, on the Cross you willingly stretched out Your hands, to this with the tenderness of our hearts we will also bow down.” Inside the medallion are royal images of Christ and the Virgin Mary. These are icons of the Savior Pantocrator and the Mother of God of Tolga - the oldest Mother of God icon revered in the Tolga Yaroslavl Monastery. Around the image of Christ it is written: “Grant, O Lord, to Thy people Thy bounty, hear us from Thy holy heaven,  sanctify us with the power of Thy saving right hand, cover us with the shelter of Thy wing.”  The Tolga icon is surrounded by the words of prayer: “Holy Holy Lady, Honorable Mother of Our God, Who inexpressibly gave birth to all Creators, pray always for the Goodness of His Passions to deliver us and forgive us the remission of sins.”
