The model is powered by a voltage of 380 V. The hopper volume is 0.6 m3, it is enough to work even with a 22 kW granulator. The container weighs 200 kg, but this does not hinder moving it around the workshop alone, thanks to the wheels. Delivery of such equipment will cost the buyer several times cheaper than transporting an individual screw and mixer.

Features of the universal model:

1. On the mixer is a worm gear motor with an engine power of 2.2 kW, which is connected via an additional chain transmission. This is necessary to increase torque and lower revs.
2. The dosed feed auger operates due to the engine with a 0.55 kW gear motor with a gear ratio of 1/50. Also, the engine has additional cooling.

Another feature of the mixer is the availability of automation, which includes a special temporary relay. This allows the operator to set any period for auger revolutions in the left and right directions. Practice shows that 40 seconds is enough to scroll to the right, after which the reverse automatically turns on and 40 seconds the motor rotates the auger in the left direction.

The universal model allows for 5-6 minutes to qualitatively mix the raw materials together with various additives until smooth and start feeding to the granulator in order to proceed to the pelletizing process.
