The electromechanical rack splitter with an engine power of 2.2 kW is an in-house development of the LLC Artmash enterprise. Such a machine is indispensable for the preparation of firewood on a large scale. It operates on a voltage of 380 V. The wood splitter can be used both in industry and in private households.

This firewood chopping machine is characterized by increased reliability and maximum efficiency. 2. A 2.2 kW, 1,500 revolutions rack splitter using a gearbox and flywheels (2 flywheels weighing 80 kg) produces a log force of about 12 tons.
3. The main components (rack and pinion) are made of 18KhGT steel, followed by heat treatment (surface hardening). All types of work: from the creation of equipment to commissioning, are held at the enterprise LLC Artmash.
4. The productivity of the model for harvesting wood per shift is 20 m³ and higher for one operator. High split speed (1.5 seconds) is suitable for processing large volumes of firewood.

The principle of operation of a wood splitter 380 V, 2.2 kW

Before putting the machine into operation, it is tested and checked for defects. The design can work around the clock.

To start, you must:

1. Connect the plug to the outlet and press the start button.
2. Set the wood horizontally on the desktop.
3. Use the lever to actuate the pusher.

Moving along the rails, the pusher directs the log to a sharp knife and in a matter of seconds splits wood of any breed.
